We understand that retailers will want to try a new e-liquid prior to stocking it. We do provide samples to genuine retailers who are considering stocking our brands — however, we ask for basic verification as we do receive requests from consumers misrepresenting themselves as trade customers.

We have no minimum order quantity. Orders below £250 incur a £6 UK mainland shipping charge. We actually prefer frequent, smaller orders as it supports retailer cash flow, and we maintain regular contact with all our resellers.

We ship everywhere except nations that ban electronic cigarette products outright. UK Mainland orders released before 3pm ship next working day. Northern Ireland and Ireland ship within two working days. The rest of Europe ships within 2–3 working days via tracked DHL.

We accept credit and debit card payments via our online gateway with no surcharges, plus BACS and electronic bank transfers.

We do not grant exclusive territories, as we believe this limits growth. We maintain a level playing field for all retailers and protect brand value to ensure success is driven by service quality, not market restrictions.

Yes. All e-liquids supplied by us are fully compliant with Article 20 of the Tobacco Products Directive. Compliance can be verified through our ECID numbers cross-referenced with MHRA and EU country notification lists.

Yes on both counts. A tamper evident seal is built into the cap of each bottle. Our bottles have also been tested for child resistance in accordance with ISO 8317 — conformity certificates are available through your account manager.

Article 20 of the TPD concerns itself solely with products which contain nicotine. Short fills contain 50ml of e-liquid in a 60ml bottle with no nicotine, so they fall outside these regulations. They can be used as 0mg or combined with a nicotine shot to achieve your desired strength.

The minimum batch size we can accept is 1,000 × 10ml bottles. This is due to the extensive automated setup requirements before bottling can commence.

Before carrying out any production or compliance work on behalf of a client, we require a mutual NDA to be signed. This protects the sensitive information shared between both parties and restricts its use to the agreed purposes.

We require your recipe or component list, component data from flavouring manufacturers, e-liquid samples, and product information along with historic sales volumes for MHRA submission. Once submitted, ECID numbers typically publish within approximately four weeks.
