Overview

Given the consumable and batched nature of our products, we do not accept returns of items once a consignment has been delivered. The only exception is under exceptional circumstances including but not limited to, errors by our team in the processing of your order or where goods have been damaged in transit.

Refunds

Should a return be approved, once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a five working days.

Exchanges

Should it be necessary to exchange a part of your delivery, once approved, we will typically arrange an exchange for the following working day.

Shipping Address for Returns

Where the fault is ours, we will arrange the shipping aspect involved in the return of your goods. However, should it be necessary for you to do this, we ask that you send the goods using a tracked service to:
